About us

Hope for Ataxia is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organisation (EIN 88-4192037) with its registered office at 218 Cedar Walk, Suite 4, Boston, MA 02114.

Donations

Donations are voluntary gifts, not purchases, and are non-refundable except where a payment was made in error or without authorisation. Where you designate a gift to a specific campaign we will apply it to that campaign; if that campaign is fully funded or closed we will apply the gift to the most similar programme and tell you.

Recurring gifts

Monthly donations continue until cancelled. You may pause or cancel at any time using the link in any receipt email or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect before the next scheduled charge provided we receive it at least two business days in advance.

Refunds

If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us within 60 days and we will review and, where appropriate, refund it in full to the original payment method.

Acceptable use

• Do not use this site to submit unlawful, abusive or fraudulent content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Do not use our name, logo or materials to solicit funds without written consent.

Intellectual property

Site content is owned by Hope for Ataxia or its licensors. You may share and quote our material with attribution for non-commercial purposes.
