Ataxia is complicated. It’s a neurological/movement disorder which affects the nervous system.

Ataxia affects over 150,000 people in the US and over 200,000 worldwide. There are two main types of Ataxia: acquired or genetic. There are over 60 varieties.

Everyone who has Ataxia experiences symptoms differently depending on the type of Ataxia they have.
